What the software does, what each plan includes, and what the business is and is not. If something here is unclear, email hello@lockstepmarkets.com and a person will answer.
It reads the public trading history of any Polymarket wallet and reports whether that wallet’s record is statistically distinguishable from luck. A large profit made on a handful of lucky positions looks very different from a modest one made consistently across hundreds of them, and the verdict is about which of those the record supports.
No. Analysing wallets needs neither — you paste a public Polymarket address and read the verdict. A wallet and a key are only needed if you later choose to have the software mirror trades for you, which is optional and off by default.
Five wallet analyses in total, with no card. The leaderboard and the simulator are on every plan, and free accounts run the bot in demo mode with paper money, so you can watch a strategy play out without risking anything.
Pro is £60 a month, or £320 for six months and £570 for twelve: 200 analyses a day, deeper backtesting, and copying up to ten wallets at once. Unlimited is £90 a month, or £480 for six months and £860 for twelve: it removes the wallet cap and raises the daily allowance further. Wallets you have already scored stay readable whatever plan you are on.
Only if you set it up to. Free accounts run in demo mode with paper money, and live copying needs a subscription, your own funded wallet and a key you provide. By default the software places real orders only behind wallets that cleared the evidence bar. You can switch that off in Settings, but you have to do it deliberately, having read the verdict.
Optimistic, and the interface says so wherever the figures appear. A backtest fills at the copied wallet’s own price, which ignores slippage and delay, so real results would be somewhat worse. Treat a simulation as an upper bound, not a forecast.
No. Every figure it produces describes settled history. It measures a trader’s past record; it does not predict any market. A trader who has shown an edge can stop having one, and clearing our bar is not a promise that anything will work.
Passwords are stored hashed and trading keys are encrypted at rest. Two-step verification is available in Settings, with single-use backup codes in case you lose your phone. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
No. Lockstep Markets is analytics software sold by subscription. It does not operate a market, hold an order book, match trades, or act as counterparty to anything. It reads Polymarket’s public settlement record and reports what that record supports.
No. There is no deposit, no account balance and no withdrawal process, because there is nothing to pay in. The only money that changes hands is the subscription fee, taken by Stripe. If you choose to copy trades, they happen in a wallet you own and fund yourself, and the money never passes through Lockstep Markets.
No. Lockstep Markets is independent and has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement from Polymarket. It reads the same public settlement data anybody can read. Polymarket is a trademark of its owners and is referred to here only to describe what the software analyses.

No, and it does not claim to be. Lockstep Markets does not hold client money, execute orders on anyone’s behalf, or give personal recommendations. Nothing it publishes is investment advice, and no part of the service is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
No. Every figure it reports describes settled history. Copying trades risks real money and you can lose some or all of it. If you enable copying, use a separate wallet funded only with money you can afford to lose.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach Lockstep Markets. You can cancel yourself in Settings at any time without contacting anyone. You keep access to the end of the period already paid for and are not charged again. Prepaid periods never renew.
There are no refunds for a change of mind — cancel, and you are simply not charged again. If something goes wrong on our side we will put it right, and nothing in our terms removes a statutory cancellation right you have not validly waived. The full position is in the Terms of Service.
